Handover and support
It ships running, with backups, and the code in your hands. After that I stay available for changes, with no lock-in contract.
What it's built with
Python with FastAPI, PostgreSQL or SQLite depending on size, HTMX and Jinja for the interface, Docker to deploy. No fashionable frameworks that expire in two years, and no dependencies I couldn't maintain on my own.

What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and be wary of anyone who quotes a number before understanding the process. For reference: in Mexico a senior freelancer charges 600 to 1,200 pesos an hour, and an established agency 1,200 to 2,500. A contained system usually lands between 80 and 250 thousand pesos. I give you a fixed number after the first conversation, at no cost.
How long does it take?
A contained module, three to six weeks. A full system, two to four months. You see working progress from the first week, so you don't wait until the end to find out whether it's going well.
Is the code mine?
Yes. It ships with the code, the database and instructions to move it wherever you want. You don't get stuck with me, and that strikes me as the only honest way to sell this.
Do you work with businesses outside Guadalajara?
Yes. Inside the metro area we meet in person when it helps; elsewhere in Mexico I work remotely, which is how most of what I've delivered was built.
What do you need from my side?
One person who genuinely knows the process and can answer questions, and someone who can say "yes" to decisions. That's it. No technical team, no servers, no prior documentation.
What if I already have a system?
Even better: it is almost always cheaper to connect to what you already use than to replace it. What gets built is the piece it doesn't cover today.
