Privacy notice

Which personal data I collect on ruktu.com and in my demos, what I use it for, and how you can access, correct or delete it.

1. Data controller

Diego Alejandro Torres Lizaola, an individual registered for business activity under Mexico's Simplified Trust Regime (RESICO), operating under the trade name ruktu, based in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

2. Data I collect

  • Identity and contact: name, phone, email and business name, when you write to me on WhatsApp, by email or phone.
  • Conversation content: what you tell me about your project so I can quote it.
  • Invoicing: tax ID (RFC), legal name, tax regime and postal code, only if you hire me and need an invoice.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and actions inside the demos, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

I do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. What I use it for

Necessary purposes:

  • Answering your messages, understanding your project and sending you a quote.
  • Providing the services you hire and supporting you.
  • Issuing invoices and meeting tax obligations.
  • Keeping the site and demos secure.

Additional purposes (you can opt out without affecting the above):

  • Analytics: measuring how the site and demos are used in order to improve them.
  • Sending you information about new services, if you authorize it.

To opt out of the additional purposes, email me at the contact address.

4. Cookies and demos

The site and demos use technical cookies, for example so each demo visitor gets their own copy of the sample data, and may use analytics cookies for the purposes in section 3. You can block or delete them in your browser; the demos may not work without technical cookies.

The demos run on fictitious data. Please don't enter real personal data into them.

5. Who I share it with

I don't sell or hand over your data. It is only processed through providers that deliver services I need to operate, acting as processors:

  • Cloudflare (security and site delivery).
  • Meta / WhatsApp (messaging).
  • Google (email).
  • An electronic invoicing provider and Mexico's tax authority (SAT), to issue CFDI invoices.

It will also be disclosed to authorities when a law or order requires it.

6. Your ARCO rights and revocation

You can access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its use, and revoke your consent, by emailing [email protected] with:

  • Your name and a way to reply to you.
  • An ID, or that of your legal representative.
  • Which right you want to exercise and over which data.

I will answer within 20 business days and, if applicable, apply it within the following 15 business days.

Any change will be published on this same page, with the update date at the top.
